About Us

We are proud to be the official Australian licensee of Click! Colours, helping people better understand themselves and those around them.

Since launching our team-building business, TeamLab, in 2019, we’ve used Click! Colours with hundreds of teams—and the results speak for themselves. It’s simple, memorable, and creates instant insight into how people think, communicate, and work together.

After seeing its positive impact over and over, we knew it was time to take the next step. Now, as the official Australian licensee, we're excited to share Click! Colours with facilitators, educators, organisations, and teams across the country.

Founded in 2008 by Greg Barnes and David Koutsoukis, Click! Colours were born from a shared passion for simplifying complex personality models. Drawing from their extensive experience in leadership and team development, they envisioned a tool that combined the best elements of existing models into a user-friendly format.

The result? A set of four simple, colour-coded cards that have since transformed communication and collaboration in organisations worldwide.

We are the official partner of Click! Colours International, authorised to deliver and design Click! Colours training programs in Australia.

Click! Colours Australia acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.

We believe the best teams are diverse teams. We are committed to collaborating with, and learning from, people who have different voices, ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives. Our commitment to inclusion ensures our team is reflective of our diverse community and our programs are inclusive for all West Australians.
